Andy is adept at creating optimal front-end digital solutions. Way back in Fall 2006 when we met, he was a new-hire developer on the Match international team. He created a proof-of-concept search module we used as a strategy to greatly grow revenue across multiple markets. From the beginning, he played a primary role providing technology support tools and valuable site code optimization across the international business unit.
Later, in 2013, I tapped Andy to lead front-end development for my own businesses. He built and supported my multiple sites in the life insurance sector, and later at-home infectious disease testing business. The businesses grew revenue to $10M annually in 5 years on a lean team of ten. He collaborated with the team to optimize click-to-lead conversion rate to 30% with focus on user experience (UX), form usability and page loads, and through customization of Shopify’s ecommerce platform, optimize checkout conversion to 3% and abandonment recovery to 11%. His custom-built email generator produced nearly 700 email assets to drive affiliate lead generation for my brands.
